About candidate

Hello to everybody, my name is Yana and I would like to present myself. I have experience working as an administrative manager. My last job was in an art studio, which holds art workshops, so one of my responsibilities was to deal with customers. Answer telephone and messengers to make reservations for them according to the timetable, to tell them about the program of the workshop, about the payment and then check the payments, also, welcome them when they come to our studio. I also had to make purchases for the studio, check if we had all the necessary materials for holding different masterclasses, buy water and paper towels. Few years ago I also worked as an administrative manager at the English courses for kids, called Helen Doran. My responsibilities were similar to the ones I have already told you. I would like to work in the hotel because I think it’s a beautiful multinational sphere. I would like to deal with different people from different countries. I think I could improve my English also and I think I’m an appropriate candidate for this. I’m patient, hardworking, and attentive. So have a nice day and I would be glad to get anything from you!
