Hello, my name is Alexandra. I’m 36 years old. I’m from Ukraine.
Right now, I live in Lviv, one of the most beautiful cities of our country.
I worked as a teacher of foreign languages, as a tourist guide, and I have experience as a hotel receptionist. I like to work with people to help them.
That’s why all the duties concerning the hotel receptionist were not difficult for me. I like to coordinate all the needs of the hotel and the person. So I greeted, registered, and signed rooms for guests, answered the telephone calls, assisted guests in storing valuables in a secure deposit box and handled payments through cash and credit cards, checked the guests in, answered phone calls to book rooms, maintained security awareness, dealt with requests from the public and customers.
I speak English, Italian, Russian, and of course, Ukrainian. Right now, I’m looking for a job abroad because of the war in Ukraine. And I’ll be very happy to work in one of the hotels abroad. I think that I am a very reliable person and responsible.
