Hello everyone, my name is Zhykova Katerina. I am 21 years old. I am from Ukraine. I am a student of Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, Faculty of Hotel and Restaurant Business. This summer I will graduate, but unfortunately, it will be online because of the war on my motherland. During my studying process, I practiced abroad. In 2018 I went for my first practice at five stars hotel in Turkey. It was the guest relations department. My responsibilities there was helping with any problems that guest had, doing check-in, making room tours, receiving calls, and so on. In 2019 I went to the same practice, but at another hotel. In 2021 I went to my third practice in Turkey with a TUI company. What about me. I am sociable, creative, honest, hardworking, kind, and polite, and I am learning quickly. I work in such programs as Photoshop, Word, Fidelio, and Sender. I want to say some words about tourism. I think that’s an interesting job, where you can use and improve your communication skills and make somebody’s journey better. I think that it’s very important. Thank you for your attention.
