Hello, my name is Iryna, and I am 37 years old. And I’m from Ukraine. I studied at the Kyiv Institute of Tourism and graduated as a manager of tourism. But I have never worked as a manager of tourism because in the last course of my studying, I began working as a waitress. And since that time, all my work and experience is related with this hospitality sphere. It was restaurants, bars, different catering companies, and hotels, not big but apart-hotels. And throughout all this experience, I have got such skills as the ability to solve any complex problems and any guest’s requests. Managing people, also the ability to successful communication with people, also such ability as easily and quickly learning of any information. And also, I would like to add that in any work, I always try to follow the main principle in my life. It doesn’t matter what I’m doing just now. Maybe you’re cleaning rooms, or maybe you just serving the guest in the restaurant, or maybe you just work at the reception desk, but in all these spheres, in all this work in places, you need to do your best and if you want to do it, you need to do it with huge love and passion. And I know that the hospitality sphere is my passion. So I think that it’s the best recipe for success if you do your work with passion.
