Hello, my name is Anastasiia. I’m 31 years old. I’m from Ukraine. I have a bachelor’s degree in marketing. My work is always connected with people. I’m polite and responsible. My last job was as an administrator in the Shambala Wellness club. This is a country complex with its own hotel, spa zone and restaurant. The peculiarity of this complex is a wellness program based on Ayurveda. I was working directly with guests. Some of my duties were to meet guests, show the complex, and all the facilities that we have, provide them with all the information about our programs, and additional services, collect documents, have done with scheduling, and deal with all the requests and complaints they could have, to assist them in choosing the most suitable program, to order additional services for them. Now I’m looking for a job as an administrator or receptionist in a hotel. What about my free time, I really like reading books, walking on the fresh air, and paintings by numbers.
